Please find below user guides for the different modules within the new platform. These are only available in English at present. French and Spanish versions are to follow soon.  To be notified of their release please email baobab@caritas.org.

Getting started – 5 Key tasks

Baobab has a sophisticated file management system. This document details how Baobab manages files, how to access, download, edit and upload files.

Working Groups

Working groups are areas where teams can work on specific projects and files. You can discuss within the whole project or within specific posts or section. Most working groups are ‘closed’. To join a working group please contact the Group Administrator for within “Join a Working Group.

Discussion Rooms

Discussion rooms are an alternative forum facility where you can discuss a project or topic with other users of the site. They allow you to create events within the discussion room and create and assign tasks to users, upload files and store links and notes.

Note: You will need to contact an administrator to ask to create your own discussion group
